"Why yes, I would like to pay extra and wait a turn in order to play my Blaze  ." I'm sure there are situations where having this as a creature would be useful, but ultimately not very good. The effect if so fabulous it will be a powerhouse in Limited, but without easy recursion or other shenanigans, it's just clunky.
