This soooo wants to be abused with Deadeye  .  That being said, a 2/3 for a three, not bad. Ocasionally can mill your opponent, makes this great in limited.

Its a nice card but i dont get the flavor. Since he offers knowledge shouldnt you draw cards rather then mill someone else?
