Read it as an instant at first, thought it was horrible. pretty awesome as a permanent.

heh you're probably right there, but it's worth noting that this fits right into the enchantments archetype once we draft RTR/GTC/DMZ. If you're going for the durdly enchantment deck that stalls the game with Sphere of Safety, you could do worse than adding +1 to your ethereal armors and Sphere of Safety and letting your guys stay back to block.

To be honest, I wish we could draft some combination of RTR/GTC right now instead of 3x GTC because of all the sweet interactions between the two sets. There are enough "gates matter" cards in GTC that I can see myself drafting the gimmicky gate deck and being overcome w/joy as I submit, then never draft it again after I 0-2 first round.
