when i use a card like Tome Scour , do the cards hit the graveyard one by one and in order, or do they hit the graveyard all at the same time? (i ask because of the new Dimir mythic rare Lazav)
Tome scour puts all 5 cards into the graveyard simultaneously. If one or more creature cards are put into the graveyard this way, Lazav's ability will trigger that many times. Since you control the abilities, you choose what order they get put on the stack.
Since all cards are put into your Grave simultaneously, you may arrange them in the order of your choice .
404.3. If an effect or rule puts two or more cards into the same graveyard at the same time, the owner of those cards may arrange them in any order.

That's not really relevant. The graveyard order only matters for formats involving really old cards, and the physical order in which the cards are arranged has nothing to do with the order of the triggered abilities.
One could question the relevance of posting comments just to say how irrelevant others' are...

Chaikov, it /is/ very relevant for others to point out the incorrect or irrelevant post someone else posts; this is because otherwise the original poster of the question might (incorrectly) believe that some point is important and thus have a confused understanding of things.
not that it's wrong to post something that turns out to be incorrect. in fact, the fact that other people will correct an incorrect post is what makes it safe to do such a thing.

Well, Chaikov's remark wasn't all that off-topic. The fact you may rearrange the cards is really due to the cards going to the graveyard at the same time.
If Scalpelexis </span> milled instead of exiled, the milled player could only be able to reorder the cards four by four. Even if it is the same ability.
But whatever, I'm dangerously leaning towards off-topic now so I'll leave this here.
Rules question? Have you read the Basic rulebook already? No? Why not take some time to do that?
