Spell Rupture
Instant
Counter target spell unlless its controller pays , where X is the greatest power among creatures you control.
"Like water, mana will drain from an inferior vessel." -Jolan Tosk, Simic forcemage

**** this card. Only made this ICD thread because I find the idea behind this card offensive. I do NOT want to be forced to play creatures to be able to use a decent-costed counterspell.

Stop this nonsense and give us a counterspell that it usable in a true control deck, not this tempo/aggro nonsense. No wonder then blue white tempo decks like delver rise to the top and then to fight them you go and nerf the control elements, hurting true control even more. I want to play a true control deck, not this tempo decks or those dumb tap-out "control" decks [/endrant].

Okay, here is the clincher. I've been waiting to say this.

The "cam girl" this was inspired by was just a girl from a social networking website, Stickam. Her name was TinyTerror and she was just a regular girl who was on her webcam, totally unrelated to any type of adult content.

I hope you all feel really smart now.

This is like someone coming into class with a bloody nose and everyone's like "Jeez what happened to you" and they're like "I ran into a wall" and everyone laughs at them for being an idiot but then at the end of the class they say "HAHA JUST KIDDING I PUNCHED MYSELF IN THE FACE!!!!!! TALK ABOUT OWNED HAHAHAHAHA"

I really enjoy imagining this from Kevin's perspective. Because in Kevin's world, Rosewater actually reads everything he types. Mark is sitting there right now, reading this, and thinking "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled. . ." Or some such. He chuckles low, then clicks on "The Best Of KEVINSET" and says "Yes, this'll do just fine. A busty lady with banding who deals direct damage to Zones!? Why this will be the star of my next set, and no one will ever believe you Kevin." Then he closes his Macbook, so his servant may move it out of the way, while another servant puts a Fetal Richard Garfield Clone lathered in Steak Sauce in front of him. Then Mark Feasts.

Sorin walked into the chamber where his newly wed bride, Vampy, awaited. A beam of moonlight illuminated his brilliant silver hair as he strode with confidence towards the bed. His shirtless body showcased his powerful abdominal muscles and he was wearing jeans with holes in the knees.

And the creature players celebrate. This should go well with Simic and Bant.

I think this card is fantastic. It compliments any type of Sphinx. The only problem I see with it is the god awful synergy with tempo decks, and I don't like those.

this card is compairable to altar's reap in terms of what decks it will be used in, altar's reap is only good in non control decks with lots of creature to sacrifice and this card will only be good in decks that don't want to play control... I like it, but I don't like that it gives tempo a new card.

Moriok Rigger does absolutely nothing to boost other riggers. You are incorrect.

Moriok Rigger is not a Rigger in print. Only in Errata

WHAT NOW!

(yes, I did put that phrase in for that exact reason)

Congratulations, they have activated your trap card!

this is for a control card for non-control people, though dispel is better sometimes. It's nice for reanimator because usually you need to wait for 1 more turn.
