I have a question having to deal with Golgari Charm. What does the last option "regenerate each creature you conrol" mean???

To regenerate a creature means that the next time it would be destroyed this turn, it is instead tapped, removed from combat (if it's in combat at the time) and all damage is removed from it. Golgari Charm 's third effect protects all of your creatures this way. Also, rules questions are best posted in the Rules Q&A forum.

Unfortunately, VCLs do not currently have the tools necessary to take moderation actions directly. VCLs submit their actions to ORCs, who then actually perform the action. This processing can take between a few minutes and several hours, depending on how busy/attentive the ORCs are. If you see something that needs VCL attention, please use this thread (MTGO) or this thread (paper) to make a request and a VCL will look at it as soon as possible. Post there to get help finding something that does exactly what you want, and to discuss the merits of combos or individual cards.
No, I am not a judge. That's why I like to quote sources such as the rules that trump judges.
