Not necessarily - she's been reprinted a few times since the change.
In any case, I'd rather have a new cycle of Avatars with similar structure. E.g. red if you have more instants in your graveyard than them, blue if they have a bigger/smaller library, etc.
Good catch! Unlikely it will be reprinted though. The ones I mentioned have all been printed since 10th edition with the exception of Death Cloud, Ernie, and the original fetch lands in a standard issued set. I'd really like to see Mutavault , but that's unlikely as well. It's more likely to be in Modern Masters.
I should probably put something here someday. Here's a set I'm working on: http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75842/29422241/Corthenhol_--_A_Work_in_Progress
I want to see White Knight , Silver Knight , Blood Knight , and Black Knight all reprinted, maybe adding in a new - "First Strike, Protection from Green" to balance the white and black knights. Overall, I want to see that megacycle completed one day.
Favorite set: Arabian Nights Favorite planeswalker: Taysir, the One Made of Five Favorite book cycle: Ice Age Favorite creature type(s): Elephant (W), Minotaur (R), Shade (B), Spider (G), Cephalid (U) Myr (Artifact) Standard: Gruul Control Modern: American Human Tempo; Zombie Tribal EDH: Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor Cube: The Moons of Mirrodin
Now that I think about it, a Dragon Arch reprint in M14 is unlikely as the set probably won't have any multicolor creatures to use with the Arch; A reprint in DGM is the most likely option if it's going to happen. It occurs to me that M14's promotional art may not necessarily be a new Chandra but simply a new card associated with her.
