Oh I forgot Lightning Bolt on my list! ... but they refuse to reprint any of the 5 boons but Giant Growth nowadays so I doubt it will happen. (I understand Ancestral Recall but not the rest)
We had Lightning Bolt as recently as M11. I'd say it's highly possible. Dark Ritual not being in Modern does suggest we won't see it though, and obviously Ancestrall Recall being on the no reprint list (and a member of the P9) means it's a no-go. Giant Growth is highly possible, though we have it in RtR block so at least it'll have the new art. And Healing Salve, well, that card just sucks, so it's arbitrary.
An updated version of the cycle could be really neat.

Healing Salve is just weak, so it doesn't make it worthwhile printing it since noone likes it.
Dark Ritual is no longer a black effect, it's red, and they probably won't print a red-shifted duplicate just because of how they'd have to autoban it in Modern and keep an exceptionally close eye on it in Standard. (Maybe in an upcoming Commander or Planeshift product).
Ancestral Recall is just too good by far.
Bolt has been and gone. It could come back in the future, but since Rancor only just replaced it I'd say it's unlikely.

Cloak of Mists would be a good evasion aura and a fine enabler for Cipher. Spreading Seas is a bit late for M13, but there's a chance Master of the Pearl Trident could see reprint, thus helping fish decks become a thing again. But there's also a chance Merfolk Sovereign will see reprint in lieu of the Master, possibly making ciphered fish decks a thing.
For what it's worth, it's not that the core sets CAN'T have multi-color, it's that they HAVEN'T YET. It is a popular, intuitive mechanic that could easily be included instead of a keyword.
