I'd go up to everyone of my playing friends, I'd ask them to build a deck in a week, their dream deck and I'd buy it (I'd do the same thing for myself) and we'd never play them because they'd be turn 0 decks  But yeah my answer still hold, we'd be happy to have those decks and play them from time to time. Also I'd buy myself an artificial island with a beach close to a huge mountain, so I can snowboard during the morning and relax during the afternoon with my feet in the hot water

I would build an empire, a magic the gathering empire.
I would first buy the wizards of the coast, and invest billions in them so the whole world could enjoy magic.
Then i would build schools where mtg is taught, there would be no more fights, all dissagrements would be settled with mtg.
It would be glorious age, And the whole world would have magic.
Then you can make hologram projectors so we can actually watch them fight and have massive city-wide tournaments. Finally, you should make a new casual variant which can only be played while riding specially built motorcycles.

I'd buy the rights for the game. Via whatever means. Then I'd print a "Reserved List Masters" summer product. Except I wouldn't jack up the booster pack prices for them. As for a specific deck? 20 Mox Pearl  and 40 Shahrazad  . INCEPTION! Ten playsets of Black Lotus.

Good question posed by the OP IMO - no idea, as there are a lot of deck ideas I have been toying with, and I do mean alot, some of which have moderate to expensive to every expensive cards in it. Damn, gotta ponder this one for a bit.

Oh, you mean in Magic cards? Three playset of every Magic card ever, with a "Card chauffeur" that will give me the cards I want whenever I ask him without any need for me to go through them. Then I'll catch people unaware playing Black Lotus x4 in Casual. When they complain, I'd say it was a joke and give them a million bucks each time they win against that deck with a legacy-legal one and laugh as they helplessly try over and over again.

I think you need to be more specific 
Don't know if I need a chauffeur, but I guess I do need someone to go through the pain of getting all the play sets and then organizing them in a room in my manor. Along with enough room for future expansions. Then probably more room for anything beyond the play sets I get. It would be a an amazing room. Then also a playing room connected to it.
Would probably have someone go through also and build a couple of copies of each historical deck. That way can play them against each other at any given time.
