I was just skimming completely random numbers of threads, and actually stumbled upon something: community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/758...I made my own tweakage of it. Worn Mox -- Artifact (R) Worn Mox enters the battlefield tapped. When Worn Mox enters the battlefield, add to your mana pool. Worn Mox doesn't untap during your untap step. : Add to your mana pool.

What does the other two lines accomplish?
It gets better designers to rework somebody elses card for me :p
I guess yours works. But there is a slight difference, but it only would take effect in a slim number of games. Like when other things cause things to etb tapped (this is a Blind Obedience) ; or Stony Silence . Again, marginal, but that was just the first thing to enter into my head; that's all.
I don't think corner cases justify 2 lines of text.
I don't have an egosig because I'd rather my ideas be judged on their merits than on mine. Catpoints: Spoiler:
Show
What are catpoints? A way of measuring how much I love you. How do I get catpoints? 1: participate in my forum games/contests. 2: make awesome posts. 3: destroy Carthage. What can I do with catpoints? You can ask favors of me. I may or may not agree to your favor, depending on how big the favor is and how many catpoints you have. Who has how many catpoints? shadowchu: 100 Islands: 100 Niche: 50 mrindigo: 50 kips: 50 Rstnme: 25 Jman: 25 everyone else: 0 Keeperofmanynames: -100 Morgothra: -100

as razorborne always says, functionally different isn't the same as better.
120.6. Some effects replace card draws.

Other two do accomplish what your version is capable of but in a different manner. You can save version for later where the original is forced to work when it comes into play

This statement is not referring the corner cases. It is referring to the fact that mine was a first draft.
etb tapped. adds mana when etb. This was the base... the other stuff was to make it useful after it etb. tap for mana. doesn't untap.
Mown tidied it up for me is all.
