If I use chandra, the firebrand 's -2, can I copy a spell that I've flashed back (specifically with snapcaster mage )? I can't find anything that specifically forbids it.
Next thing you will tell me Browbeat is bad.

Yes. If it's a card on the stack or copy of one, it's a spell. It doesn't matter how it got there.
in this case it actually matters that it is cast, which it is with Flashback
