  Jace's Phantasm can pop in as an instant-speed flying 5/5, which isn't bad.
Faerie Impostor gets you a 2/1 flyer AND can save one of your own creatures (which is only slightly better than directing the charm at your creature provided it isn't enchanted)
Judge's Familiar for the spontaneous counter.
Typhoid Rats for spontaneous Deathtouch blocker.
Wingcrafter for sudden flying on your big guy so he can block something incoming.

Not a lot of great options in Standard right now.

As was mentioned elsewhere:

Champion of the Parish - sets up a subsequent instant-speed token making, or a drop the next turn (yours).
Vexing Devil - they take a Javelin to the face, or waste removal on it, and if you're doing this at end step it might as well have haste if they don't take the hit.
Blood Artist - right before you play out another sweeper.
Rakdos Cackler - rawr.
Tormented Soul - because now you can use that Cipher spell in your hand and are almost guaranteed to get it off.

I'm curious as to how you're going to bring back Blood Artist with this.
