Indeed, oh the colors: You will need Sacred Foundry or Blood Crypt first turn, and a basic that can tap for the off color. This is a lot of flexibility. Otherwise, you will only require two two nonbasics first turn and Godless Shrine next/basic to get this going:

Turn 1. Vexing Devil - they let it stick and try to hope for a kill spell or it hits them for 4. Blockers can only chump.
Turn 2. In event of a kill spell or taking the 4 damage hit, Charm it back. Another 4 damage, or another resource at chumping.
Turn 3. You can just use another Vexing Devil , holding on to another Charm. Your face is impassive as they struggle for removal. In the event the Devil sticks, you can Charm the potential blocker away.

Damage potential is high, but the opponent has to kind of play along.

add in boros charm, skullcrack, and falkenrath aristocrat, and threaten to end the game in five turns with five consecutive hits for 4.
