Hey guys so I have a question in regards to the Second Main Phase of a players turn. ex. Say that it's now my Second Main Phase and I decide to equip a different creature with Ring of Xathrid before I pass and give the turn to my opponent. If I activate the regeneration "shield" will this carry through to my opponents turn? And will say my black equipped creature also get the +1/+1 once its my upkeep again? I read an article where it said you can equip Artifacts onto your creatures during your Second Main Phase so that you prepare your creatures for your opponents turn. However in the most of these texts or at least in Ring of Xathrid the text says: "The next time that creature would be destroyed this turn, it isn't."So if I equipped a creature on my Second Main Phase wouldn't the turn be over? Meaning that it wouldn't provide my black creature a regenerate "shield" during my opponents turn?

No. Regeneration shields only last this turn.
Keep in mind that you can play the regeneration ability on an opponent's turn if you need to, so theres no rush to do it on your turn anyway. Only the equip ability needs to be used in your main phase.
And will say my black equipped creature also get the +1/+1 once its my upkeep again?
Yes.

"End of turn" means the end of the current turn, yours or your opponent's. After that, the shield is gone.
Only the creature that is equipped with the Ring at the beginning of your upkeep gets a counter, if it is black.
I'm a Rules Advisor now "Simple questions" usually need rather complex answers, while complex questions often come down to no more than a simple "yes" or "no". Some of my favorite Flavor texts:

Ok. So say I only have on of those Rings, would I be able to equip it to more than one creature? And would those same creatures recieve the +1/+1 or will only the last creature I equipped the Ring to recieve those counters?
Also I'm assuming that Ring of Xathrid will allow me to use the regeneration ability more than once on a creature right? Same as any other regenerate aura?

An equipment can be attached to only one creature at a time. The equip ability can attach the equipment to a new cretaure, but it will become unattached from the old creature (if any).
Also I'm assuming that Ring of Xathrid will allow me to use the regeneration ability more than once on a creature right? Same as any other regenerate aura? You can activate the ability " : regenerate equipped creature" as many times as you can afford to pay the activation cost.

It might just be an awkward phrasing, but the Ring is not an Aura. It would have been more accurate to say "Same as any other regenerate ability?"

as a fairly extreme example.... you could activate the Regen ability, then equip a different creature and activate the Regen ability, then equip a third creature and activate the Regen again. Now if you cast wrath of god day of judgment all three creatures would get to Regenerate. (This all assumes you have enough mana...) But as mentioned, if your opponent cast Wrath DoJ, the Regens would no longer be in effect. edit: Dang.... it was so close.....

Bad example, since wrath prevents regeneration.

If you had Leonin Shikari that would work.
