That's interesting. I'd make the ultimate -9, though. Mostly because I really do not want to get hit with that in multiples.
I changed it from -9 to -7 because ultimately it's just Curse of Echoes with a higher mana cost.
Perhaps, but I can only hit you with one Curse of Echoes in EDH, and four in a regular game.
With enough proliferate, I can hit everyone with this. Also, this lets you copy your own spells, so a Bolt now hits for six. I'm just sayin'.
Have you really been in games where Planeswalkers ultimate multiple times?
Anyways, to DrFunk -- in my suggestion I had intended for the copying of spells to be opponent's spells only (honestly it doesn't matter, there's no reason a PW that starts at 4 and has a +1 and a -2 needs a -9 ultimate -- it takes 4 turns to ultimate with just a -7); but you also need a "you may choose new targets for the copies" clause at the end; from a templating perspective.

Multiplayer, EDH, Doubling Season , Gilder Bairn , pick your explanation.
Clever deduction Watson! Maybe you can explain why Supergirl is trying to kill me.

Hello everyone! I'm new to the MTG card creating scene, but I'm enjoying it thus far! My attempt at the "new" Jace was to create a planeswalker that was able to rival Jace, the Mind Sculptor. I'm not sure if mine is overpowered or balanced but your help would be appreciated! Thanks!
These aren't bad abilities, but I think they're a tad overpowered. The first ability could just as well read, "Target instant/sorcery gains buyback". A +1 ability should be equivelant to a CMC of 1-2; most buyback costs are higher than that. I'd up the "You choose the targets" to -10, -11 or -12.
