So as much as I love me some Izzet, G/W is much mroe viable and can still be just as fun to play. I've been working on this G/W Tokens deck for a while and while I think its pretty good, I'm stuck as to what to add thinking by myself for now. This is what the deck currently looks like:

Main Deck
8 x Plains
9 x forest
1 x Gavony Township
2 x Sunpetal Grove
4 x Evolving Wilds

1 x Garruk, Primal Hunter

4 x Intangible Virtue
2 x Rancor

1 x Entreat the Angels
2 x Revenge of the Hunted
2 x Fungal Sprouting
4 x Gather the Townsfolk
2 x Travel Preparations

2 x Common Bond
2 x Druid's Deliverance
2 x Rootborn Defenses
4 x Selesnya Charm

4 x Doomed Traveler
2 x Wayfaring Temple
2 x Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Sideboard
2 x Bower Passage
2 x Oblivion Ring
2 x Chorus of Might
2 x Sundering Growth
2 x Plummet
2 x Rain of Thorns
2 x Tormod's Crypt
1 x Tablet of Guilds

I do plan on adding 2x Sunpetal Grove , 1x Gavony Township and another Entreat the Angels if I can get them.

Other things I've considered doing are splashing black for Lingering Souls and Sorin, Lord of Innistrad , or maybe going a bit red for Krenko and other buffs.

You should definitely add Call of the Conclave to this deck.  It's amazing in G/W token decks.  Other options in this deck are Midnight Haunting , Centaur's Herald , and Slime Molding (I know someone is gonna call me on that one, but I'm mentioning it anyway).

The thing about populate is that you need you survive long enough to get a decent army.  That's difficult with your lack of removal.  Maybe you should add some Oblivion Ring s as well.

I've been finding that the "Populate" mechanic is just a bonus to already good theme - it reallyseems to be a more of a "win-more" or "ensure victory" rather than the actual winning condition itself. Its still a nice thing to have, but I've been finding I'm more than swamping/beating things in playtests without actually having to populate.
