This card is really not as good as some people seem to think it is. It has 2 abilities that are in the current standard and one that's not. Do you want to tap things down? There's a better card Feeling of Dread . Do you want to inflict damage to the opponent and/or creatures? There are better cards Bonfire of the Damned , Boros Charm , et al. The (half) Silence ability comes at (at least) a cost of 3 mana. This isn't "zomg amazing", it's just the Jace, Architect of Thought of the set.
flash doesn't want this, as there are better cards available, especially with Boros Charm coming.
aggro doesn't want this, because, while it does delay the turn 4 Supreme Verdict , you still have to leave 3 mana open, meaning you're going to completely miss any strong turn 4 play (on the play) or turn 3 play (on the draw), and, outside of a nutdraw, there's no way you'll win on the next turn. 90% of the time I'd take the Charm or Bonfire and the other 10%, when, let's say, your opponent reveals a miracle and you respond, thus stopping them from playing it, I'd take Aurelia's Fury.
Do you want to win? There's this card.
Thundermaw and Bonfire both can help me win loads, thanks.
You name two cards. Bonfire no be instant. Thundermaw tapped like biatch after play Aureliafury card. Aureliafury be only one card and instant and tap blockers and tap wincon dudes. No wait to draw both anything. Draw only fury and serve asskicking in plate.
You can serve even if you no butler. Serve fury and laugh good?

I don't remember if I said it already, but I don't think this card is good.

Aurelia's Fury will be cast, the vast majority of the time, during your opponent's Upkeep to shut out their turn non-creature spells so whoop-dee-doo for its Instant speed. You keep referring to it as a tap effect, because, guess what, that's the best thing it does. It also requires you to have a healthy board state to abuse the "tap down effect" making it a pretty bad top-deck without one. However, something else does it more efficiently.
And, in the post you quoted last, I meant Bonfire and Thundermaw can both win games on their own, not that they must be used together to win.

No need to get angry man. I didn't make the card. And no, I wouldn't play it during my opponent's upkeep. People play their spells on 2nd main phase anyway.

Options are good. Instant speed is good. It doesn't do what Bonfire or the Hellkite do as well as those cards do, but it has versatility lacked by both.
It's a good card. Just not the $25+ good it's going for.

How 99% of internet arguments end; assume the other person's mad and just end it there. No worries--you think it's amazing and I think it's just O.K and the world keeps spinnin'

This card is bad because it doesn't say "Target player wins".

This can kill multiple creatures with ease. This can tap multiple creatures. This can ensure that the opponent doesn't play combat tricks before you assign blockers. This can ensure that you can play your combat tricks without interference and that your opponent can't cast any spells to defend himself, before you attack.
It's utility is endless.

Its not a question of what can the card do, but will there be a deck that needs to do them.
