Well I wasn't playing when Seismic Strike was released, so I don't know how good that was. Being a sorcery hurts this one I think. Still very good limited removal though.

Seems quite good in limited actually. Cheap removal that after turn 2 becomes pretty efficient, and the longer the game goes on the better it gets.
Constructed... maybe? Being a sorc hurts it a lot, ad not being able to target players also hurts it.

Unplayable in Constructed, though it's probably Dreadbore  in limited. Which is great, needless to say.
