Than a Leyline of Fat? Yeah... It would either be super terrible (1/1) or degenerate (especially in limited, but possibly in constructed as well).

It would undoubtedly be a 1/1. Anything else would be ridiculous. But a 1/1 doesn't have to be terrible depending on what other abilities it has.
Memnite for a 1/1, or it could be a Defender, akin to Shield Sphere .
