I suggest contacting Customer Service to let them know while we look into the problem.

if you dont care about spending an additional €, you can buy the foilpack and the deck will unlock. That MAY change though, so don't expect to be refunded when they fix the problem.

steam says I already purchased the deck key, so I wait for them to fix... I dont want sparkly fabolous foil cards...
