Monowhite is supposed to be symbolic pure good—and therefore, a monowhite entity wouldn't involve itself with a corrupt organization or corrupt actions (like extortion).

1. Mono-white is not a symbol of pure good.
2. This is not mono-white.
3. The Orzhov guild, the same one it was 7 years ago, is half white, so yes, when white joins with black, this is exactly the type of organization it would be apart of.

Monowhite is symbolic of pure idealism, not "good." White is idealistic, and with power has the means of constraining others to its vision (it doesn't trust others to their own paths), and thus is the color of totalitarianism, Balance  , and fascism. These are the negative attributes of White, and they are the reasons why White gets sweepers.

I'm going to disagree; this card is perfectly in-flavor. Also, it's excellent. Nay very well see play in my standard deck.

Go now. Go to the Gatherer, and search Limited Edition: Alpha. Take a good hard look at those monowhite designs. When you come back, you should have a better understanding of what White is supposed to embody (pure good, holiness). If you don't, your problem is likely just more comprehensive than simply misunderstanding.

Lolalpha. Were you aware that there have been roughly 70 other sets that introduced cards or defined color balance, not including Commander and Planechase sets. Nice troll though.

If you wanna go play with your Alpha mono-white cards, that's fine, but here, 20 years in the future, white has evolved a bit, and there is this lil thing called multicolour as well. Despite the changes that have taken place for white in this time, this is not actually a mono-white card, it is a black/white card. I think it is you who misunderstand.

Okay, here is the clincher. I've been waiting to say this.
The "cam girl" this was inspired by was just a girl from a social networking website, Stickam. Her name was TinyTerror and she was just a regular girl who was on her webcam, totally unrelated to any type of adult content.
