when a creature is brought in to play by guild feud  

it has done its fighting and survived
now its time to declare attackers
can it be declared as an attacker since it came under your controll at the very beginning of your upkeep? 

the enchantment was played the turn before according to its nature.
there is noting on the stack

or is the rule actually: the creature must be under your controll since the last turn?

no

upkeep is not the beginning of your turn
after the trigger resolves is even later

the creature must be under your control since the very beginning (untap step) of your most recent turn
