Unblockable does nothing with fight

Skyline Predator deals 3 damage to Tormented Soul , the Soul deals 1 damage back
then State Based Actions are checked, move the Soul to the graveyard and the game moves on

Skyline Predator deals 3 damage to Tormented Soul. Tormented Soul deals 1 damage to Skyline Predator. Tormented Soul dies. Skyline Predator lives. Having flying or being unblockable is irrelevant when creatures fight.

Flying and unblockable are not taken into account when creatures fight, just like first- and double strike don't count.  The two creatures will only deal damage to each other based on what their respective powers are.  Believe it or not, fighting and combat are not the same thing.

No.  First of all, because all the abilities I listed are static abilites, which are not activated.  Second of all, two creatures caused to fight because of a spell or ability do so as part of the resolution of the spell or ability, and this means that no activated abilities or spells can be used until the fighting--or resolution of the spell or ability--ends.

701.10. Fight
701.10a A spell or ability may instruct a creature to fight another creature or it may instruct two
creatures to fight each other. Each of those creatures deals damage equal to its power to the
other creature.
701.10b If a creature instructed to fight is no longer on the battlefield or is no longer a creature, no
damage is dealt. If a creature is an illegal target for a resolving spell or ability that instructs it to
fight, no damage is dealt.
701.10c If a creature fights itself, it deals damage equal to its power to itself twice.
701.10d The damage dealt when a creature fights isn’t combat damage.
