No. First of all, because all the abilities I listed are static abilites, which are not activated. Second of all, two creatures caused to fight because of a spell or ability do so as part of the resolution of the spell or ability, and this means that no activated abilities or spells can be used until the fighting--or resolution of the spell or ability--ends.
