i regenerate grim roustabout  and attack goblin arsonist  blocks and dies, grim is saved by regeneration, is tapped and removed from battle but is still in play. at this moment can goblin deal its triggered ability to grim and kill it anyway? i see no reason why not . what say u?

Grim Roustabout does not have regeneration shield at that time so it dies (unless its controller regenerates it again).
