Ominous Eclipse was made by somebody known for making fake cards... Also, this was spread all over facebook, and I'll use the same reason I used there. Border mistakes involve improper cropping. The borders are not consistent widths on that photo, and the card is foil along the entire surface. Which makes it obviously a fake.
My bro did point out several signs indicating that card is indeed fake, the most obvious of which being the garish amount of foil on the card. And looking at the type line, "Sorcery" is indeed misaligned. So I now agree that this is a fake.

It's a shame too.
Now we all know they would never print this at this cost, but I have to say, I want a real card with this effect printed, even if it is way overcosted. Its beautiful design, and that is the ONLY thing I wont fault this obvious fake for.

I look forward to which guilds get board wipe. Last time around we got Azorius' Supreme Verdict , Izzet's Mizzium Mortars and Cyclonic Rift , but neither of our black guilds got board wipe. Hoping Orzhov and Dimir both do this time.
This card looks highly likely to be Orzhov though, which is promising.

I'd say Boros and Orzhov most likely; they're the colors to do it.
