Any advice on how to improve this deck would be appreciated.

I see that the focus is on enchantments.  From what I can tell, this could work well.  A few things I might do, though:

Take out Judge's Familiar and add Dryad Militant .

Remove Farseek and add a little more land.  It seems a bit low to me.

Use some Selesnya Charm s.  That adds options, and options are good.

Replace Martial Law with something like Pacifism or Arrest .  They have a similar effect at a lower mana cost.

That said, the deck appears (to me, at least) fairly well-built.

My experience, with U/W deck with some enchantment control, is that it does not work so well. For one, you can't do anything on your opponents turn: You are always reacting. If you go enchantment control, it has to be all or nothing.
