I mean I'm sure I knew I was doing it, but no one said anything about it, so I didn't think it was a problem. oops
And through conflict we learn.
I really just had a higher opinion of you guys and it was kind of shattering my illusion.

Ahahaha
Naw, there's a lot of people here who are a very special kind of damaged.
I don't know about anyone else here, but this is pretty much the only forum I'm a member of. It's just easier for me to talk to the people here who do have crossovers with my other interests than to go and join a forum for those things. I've spent years building up a rapport with a lot of these people. It's comfortable.

Has this become sharing feeling thread? Alright then.
I frequent this forum, MtgSalv, and MtgCommander. That's about it.
I understand that some of you guys have similar interests but it would be nice if it could be restrained to specific areas instead of just completely engulfing random threads like some unholy spawn of Barinellos. Ya know, a comment here or there is fine and all but it's the pages....and the going back to it after it dies off...It's somewhat....exluding. And that is something I cannot personally tolerate (my personal biases against the subject matter aside).
I'm also incredibly intolerant of other peoples opinions so that probably doesn't help.

You know, the crazy free form off topicness of conversations here is part of what makes this community what it is. I don't see that changing for one person.

It's not off-topic if that topic is always Homestuck :P

I feel Hairless has a very apt point here. I am starting to genuinely LOATHE Homestuck because I don't read it and it's being thrown in my face constantly. I didn't mind when it was that thng I didn't know about but saw around places. But that horse is dead and you're all jigging with shillelaghs.

I was going to do an intervention joke, but then I realized I was uncomfortable with it.
Also, now my school is aware that I have been searching for materials on how to host an intervention, which sounds like something they might automatically flag. Ooooh well.

It's a shame to put what was apparently quite a substantial amount of research to waste, though. And, like, you getting flagged by some administrator bot deep in the bowels of your school's server.
On an interesting sidenote that I've been kind of looking for a contrived opportunity to point out... things have been more active here since, so far as I can remember, the Shards of Alara days. That's kind of cool. Take particular note of when the last posts were in the threads furthest down the page. Usually we've got a few down there that are two, or even three weeks dead, but now it's like a week, tops. We're not quite at those levels again yet, but it's very reassuring. Not to mention the fact that we've got a lot of people writing actual fiction again.

I'm not above talking about Homestuck. I started watching anime again pretty frequently and have commented to that fact in the off-topic thread. I also like long walks on the beach and being an unbearable tosser on the internet, but kind of by accident. we've got a lot of people writing actual fiction again.
Like this one I wrote just now that no one has read yet. :D :D :D

I put the blame for the activity entirely on me.
I'm just compassionate like that.
