Kicker - Bribe the right people

Select target rule from the Magic Comprehensive Rules. You ignore it (for a rule that has subpoints, choose only one subpoint to ignore).
If Elude Law was kicked, replace all instances of "Magic Comprehensive Rules" with "the Penal Code" in the text of the card.

Hey, that doesn't break the game! It just lets me tudor for instants and sorceries when I'd otherwise tudor for only creatures! Hello, Birthing Pod ...oh. Nevermind. Things break now. :D
