If a Reverse Damage on a Blightsteel Colossus What happens with the infect counters?

Since no damage is dealt, there are no poison counters.

Damage has many effects.
  • Loss of life
  • Gain of poison counters
  • Gain of marked damage
  • Gain of -1/-1 counters
  • Loss of loyalty

No matter what would be the effect of prevented damage, it's not going to happen.

No damage from a source with infect = no counters
No damage from a source without infect/wither = no loss of life
No damage on a planeswalker = no loss of loyalty counters

Etc...

Rules question? Have you read the Basic rulebook already? No? Why not take some time to do that?
