Those two are not suposed to be repeatable. None are suposed to be as good as Lotus Petal . Lotus Petal is even restricted in Vintage.

Lotus Powder & Lotus Dust are terribly underpowered. Its strictly worse than stuff like Simian Spirit Guide  by like, a lot. To be perfectly honest, Lotus Petal's only fault is that it was an artifact which made it abusable with tons of stuff. Something like: Lotus of Paradise - {G} Creature - Plant Exile Lotus of Paradise from your hand: Add 1 mana of any color to your mana pool. 0/0 Would probably be perfectly balanced.
