I'm working on a blue deck, and I remember I saw a card that had an ability that let you tap 3 non-land permanants. I believe it was an instant card as well. I can't think of the name of it right now, which is kind of getting on my nerves because I really am wanting to buy it from an online store.
Any ideas what it might be?
