Do tokens abide by the 4x per deck per card? Like with Pack Rat  's ability? Or is it unlimited tokens?

Tokens don't go in your deck, which is what the 4x rule is for. There's no limit to the number of tokens that you can generate or control.

Rite of Replication  would be pretty perplexing if you could only make 4 tokens.
