Will Dark Ritual  work as a land you come to when playing the ability of Destroy the Evidence  , since destroy the evidence does not specify "basic land."

No - Dark Ritual is an instant (click your autocard to go to the current Oracle wording if you want to confirm this), and as such it is not a land - so if you reveal it while revealing cards from your library, you need to keep revealing until you actually hit a card with the land type (ie. Emeria, the Sky Ruin  , Mountain  , Dryad Arbor  , Seat of the Synod  , Gaea's Cradle  etc).
