@Zokorad-Why don't you think Rix Maadi Guildmage is in the discussion for top 5 uncommons? It's a ridiculous 2-drop.

Also Voidwielder is easily in the conversation for top 5 commons. The guy is super solid.

@Lobster-I have to question Martial Law as a top 5 rare and as the best enchantment. I honestly don't think ML is in the top 10 for rares in this set. As far as enchantments go I would think Collective Blessing runs circles around it. Stab Wound might be better as well.

Can I hear you idea on why populate is the worst mechanic?

through Vitu-Ghazi Guildmage, Selesnya Charm, Teleportal, Korazoda Guildmage, Call of the Conclave, Skymark Roc, Lyev Skyknight, Rakdos Keyrune, Golgari Keyrune, New Prahv Guildmage, Dreg Mangler, Izzet Charm, Golgari Charm, and more, all of which I consider better than Rix Maadi Guildmage, it is already out of the top 10+

Is a Point of Power and 2 CMC really worth slight color flexibility and 2 Points of Toughness.  Voidwelder VS AEther Adept and from my experience, AEther Adept tended to make it all the way to pick 7, which a top 5 Common could never do.

OK, there are some MAJOR misevaluations going on here...Rix Maadi is rated at least a 4.0 if not higher by some very good draft and sealed players. I like Dreg Mangler and Izzet Charm as well but there's no way they're better than this guildmage. Golgari Charm isn't near this card either. Suggesting Golgari Keyrune as a top ten uncommon is a little silly.

Voidwielder is easily a top 5 common. That doesn't even need to be debated, I don't think.

I would like to see your complete ratings though, if possible.
