Now this is interesting. In limited at least it's going to be a very solid card to play on your high-target creatures, as it has potential to create tons of creatures. Bonus points for sac-effects.
In constructed, it could be an interesting card to build around. What you would build it into is beyond me, but it seems like its got some fun potential.
The thought of putting this on Thragtusk makes me giggle.
