At the beginning of each upkeep, if an opponent controls more permanents than you, you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.

That's very strong with cards like Selesnya Sanctuary + Simic Growth Chamber when you're playing average decks, but even stronger when you're playing decks with enough non-permanent cards..

I'd imagine that it'd be difficult to keep your permanent count lower than the opposition long enough to take huge advantage of this. No more than Exploration in most cases. Not sure I like it, though.
Ideally, you always choose to go second, your opponent goes land, 1-drop, you go land, this, they go land, 2-drop, you trigger and play a bounceland, play a regular land, play a land on their upkeep and maybe another on your own upkeep. Ya, that could get bonkers quick, but it is quite specific.
