I like the synergy between the abilities, but I think you should have gone with either persist or undying for the second ability, rather than both. Undying makes more sense as it's still in standard and seems to work flavor-wise as well. Why did you add the 'nongoblin' clause to the first ability? Does he have something against raising goblins?

Coin flip cards are actually pretty fun in casual, and I can see goblins using them pretty easily. You card is difficult to evaluate in a vacuum, but I think its pretty well balanced. I think if you picked one ability rather than using two, you would have been able to push the P/T, but it really depends on the environment whether or not it is (or can be) broken. Definitely an interesting card and good flavor too.

Excellent flavor. Funny name and image. It's a very powerful effect, but executed quite elegantly. I don't really have any complaints, although I think you could have used the description you gave as a basis for your flavor text, to keep in line with the hilarity (I guess the artwork would take care of that eventually).Overall, very good entry!

Love the flavor. She has synergy with her old group  , but she's learned things from her new one  . Well done with that. I think cmc of 3 is fine for the purposes of this contest. She's very powerful and can probably be broken, but nothing springs to mind immediately, so it's ok. My favorite card this round.
That's cool about the story. I like reading them but I know it's a lot to do for every round. I plan on doing a dragon round at some point, so you can save yourself for that. As for your card, I want to say that a goblin power nap is pure win. I do think you might have pushed the power level a little bit, though. He comes into play already tapped, then gives you two attacking tokens and a Lightning Bolt  every turn thereafter. I like the idea quite a lot though, and its got wonderful flavor.

I liked my card because if you win a flip, you get to keep flipping. Very flavorful for the legendary thumbmaster  .
