Ogre Marauder got changed to grant itslef "Ogre Marauder is unblockable" to make it clear when the defending player gets to sacrifice. But like Shrouded Serpent , we can reverse the condition and the effect instead of granting an ability:
  • Whenever Ogre Marauder attacks, defending player may sacrifice a creature, if he or she doesn't, Ogre Marauder is unblockable this turn.

This would make it impervious to " Humble " effects, as its text suggests. (Until people's wish to keyword "unblockable" becomes a reality  )

¿there already was a clear template for that one?
When playing Commander, before you add a card to your deck, you have to ask yourself:
"Is this card better than Rings ?"
If you play commander and don't have your deck[s] in the Decklist Compendium, maybe you should. Or if you're new or looking into the format, the compendium has some good advice for beginners as well as decklists.

We should all have one of these playable from our sideboards

I know, right?
Initially I didn't have an example, so it was a nice surprise to find one with that very template, and not to mention that functions so similarly to Ogre Marauder .
