srry if im not in the right forum i couldnt find one that made more sense to go to.
ok here is the scenario: turn 4: i have a sulfar falls, steam vents, mountain and island 1 augur of bolas, 2 goblin tokens, 1 goblin electromancer on the field in my hand i have 2 devils play, 1 battle hymn, and 1 increasing vengence
i swing for 5, putting my opponent to 15 on that turn and then 2nd main i tap 1 mountain for battle hymn with 4 mana floating now. i tapp a steam vents and sulfar falls for increasing vengence to copy the battle hymn with 8 mana floating and 1 island untapped. MY QUESTION IS: CAN I FLASH IT BACK TO COPY BATTLEHYMN AGAIN BEFORE THE ORIGINAL cOPY RESOLVES? OR doES IT ALREADY HAVE TO RESOLVE OR SOMETHING. the point is i want to know if that play is possible to shoot my opponent for 12 with the devils play and then swing or shoot him again with my devil's play next turn.

Yes, you will end up with 13 red mana and can cast Devil's Play with 12 for X.
Cast Battle Hymn and Increasing Vengeance . Let the copy of Battle Hymn resolve, so you have 4 red mana and 1 Island. Cast Increasing Vengeance from your graveyard still before the original Battle Hymn has resolved. You have 1 red mana left. Let the two copies of Battle Hymn resolve, so you have 9 red mana. Finally, let the original Battle Hymn resolve, so you have 13 red mana.

From your question, it appears that you allowed Battle Hymn to resolve. You cannot target a spell in your graveyard using Increasing Vengeance .
If you do not allow Battle Hymn to resolve, and copy it using Increasing Vengeance , allow that to resolve, then copy it using the flashback ability, the sequence will work out as you described.
In the future, add autocard tags to your questions:
[c]Battle Hymn[/c] = Battle Hymn
