Todays not so random card is...

Glint-Eye Nephilim

I was trying to think of a good card for Christmas and for some reason this one clicked for me.  I mean when it hits the opponent you get presents.  And if you don't like the present you can "return" it and make this guy bigger for a little bit.

Ok maybe it's a stretch but it works for me.

I'm not a fan of any of the Nephilim. Something about requiring 4 colors, I guess.

Probably the strongest of the Nephilim. Still, with those color requirements you'd expect more than a 2/2.

But 5-color stuff like Maelstrom Archangel can be playable, why not this then?

My least favorate of the Nephilim. Wish they were legends for EDH.

For Glint-Eye you really need ways to trigger for multiple combat phases to have fun with him. Ramp him big then fling for the win.
