For just four mana, you'll get a 3/3 creature, a 4/4 creature and six 1/1 creatures? The cute + little creature tokens don't sound like hydras, they rather have the size of cats.. Since you're new to this forum, you might want to participate in other threads to improve your design skills, because only few people are creating single card threads around here, and they're only doing that to discuss innovative things.. By the way, compare with Mitotic Slime  that has the right power level!

"Wurmcoil Engine" is famously undercosted. Lesser Propagate Hydra Creature - Hydra When ~ is put into a graveyard, put two 1/1 green Hydra Creature tokens into play. 2/2 Super Propagate Hydra  Creature - Hydra When ~ is put into a graveyard, put two 3/3 green Hydra Creature tokens into play with "When ~ leaves the battlefield, put two 2/2 green Hydra Creature token into play.". 4/4 Unstable Propagate Hydra Creature - Hydra When ~ is put into a graveyard, put two 4/4 green Hydra Creature tokens into play with "When ~ leaves the battlefield, put two 3/3 green Hydra Creature token into play with "When ~ leaves the battlefield, you lose the game.".". 5/5 ok, maybe not.
