Todays final RtR card to rate is...

Survey the Wreckage

 Spoiler: Show

5.0
: First pick no matter what.  I will always play this card.
4.5
: Splashable and first pick worthy.
4.0
: First pick pack 1.
3.5
: Early pick though not always a first pick.
3.0
: Solid early/mid pick.
2.5
: Solid pick in color.
2.0
: Should generally make the deck if in this color.
1.5
: Decent filler.
1.0
: 23rd card if you have to.
0.5
: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in.
0.0
: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).

This has the same rating as Destroy the Evidence .  It's sideboard only against Grove or Passage or any other land that might be an issue.

Honestly, this card looks like something concocted in a wee hours of a design meeting. Or while drunk. Like, wtf is this flavor?
Limited Guidelines:

5.0: I will take this card no matter what: Pack Rat
4.5: Bomb and/or splashable creature or removal: Aetherling
4.0: Excellent first pick first pack, will sway me into same colors: Advent of the Wurm
3.5: Excellent first pack pick two, will confirm colors or possibly sway into second color. Gaze of Granite
3.0: Good in-color addition, or splashable removal/creature: Ascended Lawmage
2.5: Solid pick in-color: Bronzebeak Moa
2.0: Creatures 10-16; removal 6-7. Haazda Snare Squad
1.5: My 23rd or 22nd card, depending on removal. Wake the Reflections )
1.0: 23rd card if I don't maindeck an additional land: Murmuring Phantasm
0.5: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in: Uncovered Clues
0.0: I will shred this card for counters: Possibility Storm

A goblin or group thereof destroys a building, and a lone goblin remains behind standing proud over the rubble. You recruit that goblin.
Or something.

If a Rogues Passage just beats you I guess you could possibly side it in...

Yep. That still makes no sense what so ever. Maybe if it was a 5CC 2/2 Goblin that, when it came into play, destroyed a land. It would still be significantly worse than Acidic Slime. Something like "Goblin Architect" with flavor text that read "Goblins don't build up; they build down." :P

0. I can't think of how many lands I'd play before including this, but it's approximately 39.
