Todays other RtR card to rate is...

Supreme Verdict

 Spoiler: Show

5.0
: First pick no matter what.  I will always play this card.
4.5
: Splashable and first pick worthy.
4.0
: First pick pack 1.
3.5
: Early pick though not always a first pick.
3.0
: Solid early/mid pick.
2.5
: Solid pick in color.
2.0
: Should generally make the deck if in this color.
1.5
: Decent filler.
1.0
: 23rd card if you have to.
0.5
: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in.
0.0
: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).

This card is pretty cool for a wrath.  Counter spells do run around in limited a little bit in this set so the uncounterable part actually has meaning sometimes.  And it's a wrath which can always be good.

Rootborn Defenses make this card even scarier. Also makes it a bit harder to cast against white decks. Still a 4.

4.0

Have used it and had used against me to great effect. The casting cost makes it a bit prohibitive though unless you have a pretty solid U base.

If you take color to mean WU I think a 4.0 is fair. Otherwise I think the casting difficulty has to knock it down a bit. The plus side is that it's so rare to see one of these that most people don't try to play around it. I lost a game 1 I had no business losing because my opponent chump blocked my best guy and then got all three of my creatures with this card the following turn.
