I wanted to have the community weigh in on what card they think creates the most card advantage. No restriction to the type of card. Creatures, artifacts, sorceries, any type of card is fair game. As long as its in DOTP2013. I do realize that the dimir deck has some serious contenders so feel free to throw those in as well, even though its not technically in the game yet. I will start by casting my vote for Momir Vig, Simic Visionary  . This guy is an absolute monster! I get to search my deck for any creature and in most cases put it directly into my hand for every spell I cast! Wow. I do understand that his tutor is limited to just creatures but look at the deck he is in. Removal, card draw, counters, permanent destruction, and even pump+ semi viligance all come in the forms of creatures. So essentially you can go get any answer you need just by doing something you were going to do anyway, play spells. That's another of his advantages. Unlike other card draw mechanics, he activates when you play a spell not when you pay a certain amount of mana. This to me is very close to FREE! Anyway, I could go on and on about this guy and all the combos and craziness that he creates but that is best left in the SaS deck thread. I can't wait to hear what you guys and gals think gives you the greatest card advantage, so lets have at it!

Griselbrand  . Momir Vig, Simic Visionary is excellent, however. EDIT: Think of him this way; Every time you deal combat damage, you may draw that many cards. You may activate this ability without dealing combat damage, but must pay 7 life instead.

+1 to this. Big Griz is awesome. I really like how he tries to cover his casting cost with life link too.

Why you're casting this when you have board advantage? You can cast Vig and than he dies. Zero CA. Everytime you cast DoJ you gain CA. Or should be gaining...

No I was saying if "I" already have board advantage then this sits in "my" hand dead. Don't get me wrong it's still great but if I have 5 creature and you have none what good is a board wipe. Again that card is awesome just with a few exceptions.

DoJ will always get you card advantage if you're behind. But if you're not behind, then it's a dead-draw (essentially). It's only card-advantage under the right circumstances. Griselbrand pwns card advantage.
