This came up over the the Theory Craft forum. Further, there are actual situations where the size of a token matters. If you animate Chaos Orb and make a token that's a copy of it, Cackling Counterpart for example, you can then use a pillow as the token to destroy the entire board.
I think this is too funny to have a rule stopping it.
It sounds hillarious and I want to try it now.
I just need Tezz , the orb , Cackling Counterpart and some throw pillows...
You fell victim to one of the classic blunders - The most famous of which is "never get involved in an thread with GM_Champion" - but only slightly less well-known is this: "Never go in against AzureShade when card design is on the line!

Doesn't Chaos orb have a several game radius of effect? What's the largest object you could throw? Also, applying this to chaos confetti leads to some hilarious results, like forcing your opponent to blasphemy.

oh my god, AWESOME! Then changing the Slivers was your idea! haha lol
Occassionally when catering, I've been put the task of arranging Fruit and Cheese or Grilled Vegetable platters. More than once a high class buffet has started with the mark of Phyrexia upon it. Since i've got a good eye for color so it looks great to people who don't get the "joke" (it's a niceley divided circle after all: the outline gives you 4-6 "regions" to work with), this has actually got me put on platter design more often, resulting in Phyrexia's presence at more private and industry events.

The correct object to use as a Chaos Orb token is an open pitcher of lemonade.

The best way to use chaos confetti, is to rip up all your opponents cards.

I'm pretty sure this came up on the judge's mailing list a while back. The list of acceptable token choices included things like index cards and coins. The list of unacceptable choices included kittens and iPads. EDIT: It was from Cranial Insertion (A Rules Q&A by a handful of higher level judges) Link: www.cranialinsertion.com/article/644Relevant quote: Q: What can I use as a token copy for casting Heat Shimmer on a Xenic Poltergeist -ed Chaos Orb ?
A: Anything that doesn't obstruct the playing area or interfere with the game. This is always a fun question to answer, so let's look at a few examples of each.
Good: Coins, playing cards, waffles, iPod Minis, ears.
Bad: Rai stone coins, kittens, Luftwaffe, iPads, kidneys.

My standard answer is "pool table".
