Todays other RtR card to rate is...

Stealer of Secrets

 Spoiler: Show

5.0
: First pick no matter what.  I will always play this card.
4.5
: Splashable and first pick worthy.
4.0
: First pick pack 1.
3.5
: Early pick though not always a first pick.
3.0
: Solid early/mid pick.
2.5
: Solid pick in color.
2.0
: Should generally make the deck if in this color.
1.5
: Decent filler.
1.0
: 23rd card if you have to.
0.5
: This card will sometimes be sideboarded in.
0.0
: I will never put this card into my deck (main deck or after sideboarding).

I think she's alright.  If you have ways to get her through she can be really good.  Like if you have the New Prahv dude and have her fly over everyone.

Not an early pick but she is ok.

1.5-2

I think 2.0. Your opponent's will go to great lengths to ensure they don't get hit by this.

I've had it be pretty good at eating removal because of opponents being afraid of me getting the card draw. Also, in the decks I usually play it in (re: detain heavy or pursuit of flight/teleportal) I have drawn a decent number of cards off it. Pretty mediocre though if you don't have anything to help it through.

1.5-2.0. Solid in Izzet, not that solid in Azorius unless you're running the heavy-detain style ( Azorius Justiciar and this gal is a great couple).

Definitely not as good as earlier in the format.  Most of the time it just sits there these days, and unless you have some way to push damage through just isn't going to do much for you.  Still, a splashable 2/2 for 3 isn't awful, and the added ability if you get her through is very nice.  Early on in the format I would pick these pretty highly, and be running a solid 3-4 copies.  THese days I'm happy to pass it more often than before and often settle on a 1-2 copies in the deck.

I'll give a 2.0.  If I'm in color, sure.  Won't feel bad about including it in any deck running blue.  THat said, I wouldn't mind pulling it out for something better.

1-1.5

If she connects it's great, but I've never seen her connect in games where the defender wasn't already on their backfoot and doomed.

I'll go 1. It just doesn't perform that well. I have only had it work against me a handful of times.
