I'm looking to build a fun deck around:

Pandemonium
Force of Savagery

Basically using  Svagery as an 8 damage burn spell for .

Obvioulsy I want some ramp, and a way to help me get Pandemonium, as well as other cheap, high power creatures.  I think Summoner's Pact and Pact of the Titan are auto includes as well.

Deck so Far:
Kill:
4 Pandemonium
2 Warstorm Surge

Heavy Hitters for Cheap:
4 Force of Savagery
4 Pact of the Titan

Dig:
4 Summoner's Pact
3 Cream of the Crop

Ramp:
3 Sakura-Tribe Elder
3 Dawntreader Elk
3 Farhaven Elf
3 Krosan Tuske

Lands:
I'll work out the numbers later.  I'm thinking 24 lands should do the job.

I've got 3 slots open, and I'm up for suggestions on what to change.  My ramp is all creature based to take advantage of Cream of the Crop, and be triggers in a pinch.

Wow! This is legit a cool deck!!!

I will look more later, but you have a solid build (as usual Mr. Anubuss-long time no see btw)

Might be able to cut to 22-23 land and free up more slots. Some more traditional dig may be in order too, hate to see you lose the game off of an incomplete summoner's pact

I could probably drop to 23.  I've been thinking about using Harmonize for some actual dig.  But I'm a little worried about my low target count.  Other than Pacts to find Force and Pact of the Titan, I don't have much.  Luckily, Titan is 20% of their life total and Force is 40%.  I may have to dump a ramper for a few more targets.  Luckily Tusker can be one, but that 7 cmc isn't so inviting.

I don't think I'd lose off a Summoner's Pact though.  If the deck is Pacting it's probably about to win.  I just wish there was an easy way to tutor up an enchantment without taking a Gamble .

Seems like you could use some Ball breakers in here. I also think Warstorm Surge is a couple of mana too expensive to ever see play when the rest of your deck plays for so cheap, but you'll need multiples of the effect, so Idunno :/

Yeah, I'm not trilled about Warstorm, but it's either that or Electropotence and paying for the 1-sided effect isn't worth it to me.

3 mana for 6 damage isn't bad, but I can do better.  0 for 4 and 3 for 8 are my check points.  I've atutally been thinking Boldwyr Heavyweights .  With Pandemonium, I can just stack his trigger first, and then Pandemoniums.  8 damage and if it's lethal, they don't get to search (because they're dead).  But Heavyweights isn't Green, and thus can't be tutor'd for.

Edit:

Walker of the Grove may be the winner here.

That'd be Phyrexian Dreadnought methinks. Reasons to run the 6/1's is because they get to attack and (likely) clear some of their field in the process, of course, which your other options won't do.

Yet I'm sure there are indeed plenty of other power for naught creatures around that are less obvious and more innovative, I'll try and think of some

Edit: most Torpornought creatures like Eater of Days and Hunted Horror would fit fine in this deck, now that I'm reminded

I was thinking creatures that aren't ~$15 a piece.Tongue Out

This deck really doesn't attack.  It plays more of a combo role.  I spend the early game ramping / using Cream of the Crop to dig, then ideally I drop a Pandemonium, as many Pacts as I have in hand followed by another few creatures to make up the difference.

Eater of Day's isn't too bad, but Walker of the Grove evokes for 1 more and gives me 11 damage.  Horror costs and I'd rather stick to 2 colors.  My Red is a pretty light splash as it is.

some ideas:

Briarhorn can evoke as a 6/6 creature for 2 (stack Briarhorn's ability after Pandemonium)
Primal Forcemage does the same thing but for everything.  Maybe throw in some haste (idk, Lightning Greaves or something) and actually get an attack out of your guys as well

Ball lightning and Groundbreaker have already been mentioned, but I like Spark Elemental for this deck.  with pandemonium it's a Lightning Bolt that you get to attack with.

you could also run some cards like Viashino Sandstalker for reusable Pandemonium activations
