There is no reason for the Diabolic Tutor  not to work with the Mirror, correct? I just tossed one copy of the mirror in the deck and because of how this deck has me drawing cards like crazy, and with the Tutor doing what it does, it doesnt seem to need more than one copy anyway, so Im hoping there arent any details Im missing. Being able to copy a Diabolic Tutor each upkeep in addition to drawing so many cards to begin with really has this deck out of control really quickly if no one shuts it down fast enough....so hoping the Mirror/Tutor thing is a go.

A Diabolic Tutor imprinted on a Panoptic Mirror  works just fine, assuming there is no other shenanigan in effect (like an opponent having a Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir  on the battlefield).

Got to use the Mirror last weekend with a Wrecking Ball  . No one was able to take the Mirror out so it ended up winning me the game.

Yes. When you cast a spell with the Mirror, you can pay additional costs such as Kicker.
It's usually preferred to start a new thread for new questions. Don't add new questions to an old thread.

just be sure it is an additional cost
those can (and sometimes have to) be paid
alternative costs such as Overload cannot be paid
