What do you mean? You can sacrifice multiple creatures to activate Bloodthrone Vampire 's ability, each activation 'in response' to the other. Is that what youn want?

I don't see the problem either. You can sacrifice Multiple Creaturs for +4/+4, +6/+6 etc.

1) Damage stopped going on the stack with the introduction of M10. 2) Once you have sacrificed a creature, it's gone. You can't use it for another creature's sacrifice ability, because it doesn't exist anymore.
Did I hit?
