Does [c]Reef Shaman[c]'s ability affect all lands in play of that type, or just the one single land?

Reef Shaman (your close tag is missing a "/" before the "c")

As the card's text states, "target land becomes the basic land type of your choice until end of turn."  That means one single land of your choice.
